How do you match my child with a tutor?

After your enquiry, Isobel (your dedicated client manager) will discuss your child’s needs and learning goals over a consultation call. She will then select a tutor who meets those criteria and arrange an initial conversation and/or assessment session to ensure the match is right.

Who do I speak to if I have questions or concerns?

Each family is assigned a dedicated point of contact, either Isobel or Charlotte, within our team. Whether you have academic questions, scheduling concerns or would like to discuss your child’s progress, we are always available to provide guidance and support.

What feedback will I receive?

Tutors provide weekly feedback so that you’re always kept informed. All students are continually assessed by their tutors who tailor lessons according to progress and schooling schedules.  You’ll also receive formal progress reports and be invited to a one-to-one review with Isobel or Charlotte, our client managers.

What is the system of payment?

Once your tutor is confirmed, we’ll set up a simple online account for you. Billing is weekly, and payment is taken automatically. You’ll receive a full record of all sessions and payments. Please note, as we are a London based company, we charge in GBP.

What equipment or platform do we need?

Lessons are conducted online via a platform suitable for you, often Zoom, Teams or Google Meet. You’ll need a reliable internet connection and a quiet space for your child.

Do you support admission to UK independent schools and universities?

Yes. Many of our tutors have experience supporting students preparing for UK independent school entrance exams, Oxbridge applications and Russel Group university admissions. We work with families both in the UK and internationally.
